fantastic stay!
amazing location helpful personnel spacious room beautiful arrangement
the location was amazing i found myself near paddington station and hyde park the front desk personnel were helpful the room was wonderfully spacious and very clean i especially liked how close it was to everything. i felt safe walking around at night. the apartment was beautifully arranged.
the stay was good but it lacked some amenities that would have made it more enjoyable the noise from the street was sometimes bothersome.

paddington station and hyde park are both within a short walk of the hotel offering easy access to transportation and green spaces i enjoyed the quiet and elegant neighborhood. the area feels very safe.

my room included excellent high quality facilities i had access to amenities , made my stay comfortable the apartment included nearly everything needed for a convenient experience it reminded me of a home away from home.

several restaurants are located near the train station providing various dining options i could easily walk to grab a bite to eat there are numerous cafes and pubs around the area. the options are quite diverse.

spacious surroundings gracious staff
The apartment was super clean and modern. Our family felt immediately comfortable in the spacious surroundings. I found the reception staff gracious and cute. It was a central base.

The two-bedroom apartment was very clean with ample space for four adults. The apartment included a washing machine, dishwasher, and a smart TV. It had everything needed. The beds were comfortable.

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby transportation options. The staff was very polite, friendly, and quick to help whenever I called. The kitchen had the essentials needed for use.

wonderful apartment experience
excellent location helpful staff spacious apartment
the staff was helpful. the location is excellent with easy access to paddington station and hyde park. the apartment space felt generous. the kitchen had everything i needed for full service.
The wifi signal was slightly weak in the bedroom. Though manageable.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I saw it had ample space for floor exercises. the pool area featured twenty loungers. A shaded section provided relief from the sun. changing rooms are clean.

polite staff spacious apartment kitchen essentials broken fan malfunctioning heating
the staff were polite and quick to help when i called. the apartment i stayed in was spacious. the kitchen had the essentials i needed to use, including cookware and utensils.
the fan in the air conditioner was not working, even though it could be turned on. the heating rail in the bathroom was not working either.
